***This course will stream live online! Tickets for the online course are the same ticket class/price as attending in person.***
We are changing the game when it comes to Xactimate Certification Training. Actionable Insights has decided to teach only one level at a time. This Level 1 course is an immersive experience that walks you through an actual CAT 3 residential water loss claim. If your new to estimating you will struggle to keep up, but it’s not impossible! This class covers some advanced concepts to include open/pending line items, vapor barrier, slab repair, reasonable uniform appearance etc. Ideally, students should have some sort of foundation established.
During the day, we will explore the Xactimate training curriculum which is designed to ensure users can pass the level 1 exam and subsequently leave with the mission-critical skills required to generate a sophisticated estimate.
At night, we enter into the gamification aspect of the course. Students will compete against one another in an effort to deliver the most accurate mitigation/repair estimates. These exercises are powered by our proprietary 3D Training Modules – this technology delivers a rich and engaging learning environment:
In our opinion, too much credence and attention is given to the sketch aspect as it relates to Xactimate training. We believe that and there should be an increased focus on determining what line items most accurately/optimally represent cost and scope, and subsequently organizing them in a thoughtful way. That is the key to generating estimates that can be approved without hesitation.
Xactimate Fundamentals/Proficiency Workbook and a Xactimate Keyboard Shortcuts Mouse Pad (Boom! You had me at the Mouse Pad!).
The students that generate the most accurate estimate(s) will earn swag and/or mitigation equipment provided by our generous sponsors.
